TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

A. Your acceptance of this quote confirms that you, the Client, accept this Agreement, the Services detailed and costs quoted.

B. All quotes and estimates are a guide only. The fees payable to Angus Beef Media to perform the Services may be adjusted from time to time as agreed in writing (including by email) for reasons including, but not limited to, increased deliverables, travel costs and hire costs. 

C. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client must pay: (i) 50% of the quote to secure the booking; and (ii) the balance (including any changes to the final price) upon being issued an invoice at the completion of the work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client must pay the outstanding amount within 14 days of being issued the invoice for completed work. 

D. If invoices are unpaid for more than 14 days, Angus Beef Media has the right to engage debt collection services for the collection of unpaid and undisputed debt, and the right to commence legal proceedings for any outstanding amounts owed to Angus Beef Media.  The Client acknowledges and agrees that it is liable for and will pay all costs including debt collection, commission, solicitor’s fees and any out of pocket expense and that the Angus Beef Media may place a default against the Client with a credit reporting agency.  The Client will indemnify Angus Beef Media for the full amount of our legal and debt recovery costs.

E. Cancellation is permitted up to 72 hours before the booking. Angus Beef Media will  refund the 50% upfront booking fee to the client or credit it towards a new booking date, as agreed between the parties. If the Client cancels less than 72 hours before the booking, the Client will forfeit the deposit.

F. Angus Beef Media retains the copyright in the videos/images/media/content. Content created by Angus Beef Media is granted to the Client on a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable licence, meaning the client does not have exclusive rights to use the videos/images/media/content, and will not be able to assign or sub-license the right to use or modify the videos/images/media/content without Angus Beef Media's permission. Exclusive, transferrable and sublicensable rights of videos/images/media/content can be discussed on an individual basis.

G. Angus Beef Media may retract copyright licence permission at any time if any of the terms and conditions are broken or if videos/images/media/content are used in a way that was not originally disclosed. An extra fee may be charged based on how this has been breached.

H. Angus Beef Media may use the videos/images/media/content for its own promotional purposes unless you purchase exclusive rights to the videos/images/media/content.

I. The videos/images/media/content must not be modified without Angus Beef Media's permission. This includes but is not limited to filters, logos etc.

J. You may not use content in a defamatory or other unlawful manner.

K. You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of a work that is licensed to you by Angus Beef Media.

L. Angus Beef Media accepts no liability for products or damage to products or injury to persons during videos/images/media/content creation and suitable insurance must be arranged by the client.
